Lightweight for heavy loads
The TSE steel platform affords a solid construction with a light self-weight. The steel platform is prepared to guarantee a fast and easy build-up. Zincked z-formed cross beams, screwed along the frames and the supporting stringers, allow a smooth usage of the platform construction. The screwing of the cross beams happens every 375 mm, 500 mm or 750 mm depending on the tonnage. The use of the different heights of the supporting stringers results in different variants (170 mm, 210 mm and 270 mm) of the total height (upper edge vehicle frame to upper edge ground). The bottom of the platform is laid out with a wooden floor (not included in delivery). The rear frame for the further construction is offered either with a lift-up tailgate, a liftgate or a rear deck. The outer frame profiles are delivered already zincked. All platform components are screwed with high-strength special bolts. As a result all parts are connected form-fit. The steel platform goes excellent with our entire developmental program.
