The technically sophisticated aluminum construction set KIT² makes any desired variant for transportation solutions possible. We have taken the variable kit to the next level of technical development. Our construction set of course offers all certificates acc. to DIN EN 12462 Code XL up to 9.2 m and through-loading as well as certificate VDI 2700.

The front wall consists of aluminium corner stakes and an especially light aluminium filling. The front wall, delivered completely mounted, can be quickly and simply screwed to the front wall frame. You can choose between 4 different lifting systems, which can be easily fastened to the corner stakes. The same also applies to the winding shaft. There is one version each for trailers and semi trailers. The aluminium is available both anodized and in natural color.

The rear portal of Generation III is available as a double wing door with 4 rows of latches or as a 4-wing door for through loading. Another special feature are the very robust and repair friendly mono-joints. The door is sealed all round. Both the corner stakes and the door panels are made of weight optimized aluminium and optionally available in natural colour or anodized. All 4 lifting systems can of course also be installed here. The flexible standard also allows versions for a small rear door, rear flap or the preparations for loading drop sides.

Roof Generation II has been decisively improved again. Since 2008 the roof glides on steel and plastic coated ball bearings that are screw fastened and therefore very repair friendly. The service-proven steel wire joints are long-lasting and low-maintenance and are guaranteed to straighten up also under loading by snow and water. The roof can be easily opened and closed. The locking of the guiding carriage is absolutely secure even with top flap or tarpaulin in back. You have a choice of four different lifting systems for raising the Mega canopy for loading, so that you can utilize the full lattice box width between the bars. You can now pass through customs borders unchallenged with a TSE Curtain Sider roof. TSE has the TIR approval for the Curtain Sider canopies.

The new TSE middle stakes offer you all the advantages you have always missed in stakes:

• One-piece – screw-fastened stake foot

• Height-adjustable – flexible – rivetable slat pockets

• Always the same base element that creates the following types through different small components: Curtain Sider stakes, Mega stakes, platform stakes, lift stakes or versions certified acc. to DIN 12642, code XL and beverages certificate VDI 2700

• Suitable for lateral loading height from 2,300 to 3,100 mm
